We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer inquiries and deliver our services:

• Information you give us. Your name, company, business email address, telephone number, the service you are interested in and the content of your message when you use our contact form or email us.
• Information from client engagements. Business contact details of your staff and any materials you share with us for the purpose of the engagement.
• Technical information. Your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page and the pages you view, collected in standard server logs and, with your consent, in analytics tools.
• Cookie data. As described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and we do not collect special categories of personal data (such as health or biometric data) through this website.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• respond to your inquiry and provide the consultation you requested;
• prepare proposals and deliver contracted services;
• issue invoices and keep the accounting records US law requires;
• maintain the security, availability and integrity of this website;
• measure, with your consent, which pages of this website are useful and how visitors found us, including the performance of advertising campaigns;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information, we do not rent mailing lists, and we do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal bases

Where the laws of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom apply to a visitor, we rely on: your consent (analytics and marketing cookies, optional emails), the performance of a contract (delivering our services), our legitimate interests (responding to business inquiries, securing this website) and legal obligations (tax and accounting records).

When advertising and analytics cookies are permitted, these providers may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure whether an advertisement led to a visit or an inquiry. 7. How long we keep information

Inquiry correspondence is kept for 24 months from the last contact unless you become a client. Client engagement records and invoices are kept for seven years to satisfy US tax and accounting requirements. Server logs are kept for 90 days. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form for no more than 26 months.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to receive your data in a portable format. Residents of California may also request disclosure of the categories of information collected and may opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

To exercise any right, email support@uasongiro.com. We will verify your request and respond within 30 days, or within 45 days where the law allows an extension and we tell you why. We will never charge you for exercising a right or treat you differently for doing so.

9. Security

This website is served over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to inquiry data and client materials is limited to the consultants who need it, protected by named accounts and multi-factor authentication, and backed up daily. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affecting your personal information occurs we will notify you and any required authority without undue delay.

10. Third-party links

This website may link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to read their policies before providing any information.

11. Changes to this policy

We review this policy at least annually. When we make a material change we update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, tell affected clients directly. The current version always appears on this page.
