Two weeks. Written report, ranked bottlenecks with hours and dollars, and a phased plan you own. Credited in full against the first delivery phase if you continue with us.

Three to six weeks per phase, priced from the diagnosis. One process rebuilt, documented and handed over, with the metrics to prove it moved.

Software & reporting projects
$18,000–$70,000
Six to fourteen weeks depending on scope. Dashboards, integrations or a focused internal application, delivered in your own accounts with source code and documentation.

Ongoing support — from $1,400 per month
Month-to-month, cancel any time with thirty days' notice. Includes monitoring, patching, user onboarding and offboarding, a named contact and a monthly written health summary. Optional, never a condition of project work.
Advisory hours — $225 per hour
For clients who want occasional senior input without a project: vendor selection reviews, second opinions on quotes, interview support when hiring an operations manager. Billed in 30-minute increments against a prepaid block.
